1. Pick-up in Hanoi

There is 02 options to get pick up from Hanoi:

Pick-up at your hotel: We have the shuttle bus pick you up at your hotel located in Hanoi Old Quarter. Please be ready at your hotel's lobby 01 hour prior departure time and wait for the shuttle bus. The bus only pick up 1 time, no wait, no come back.
Pick-up at starting point: In case you do not want to get pick-up, or your hotel not located in Hanoi Old Quarter, please be at 160 Tran Quang Khai street 30 minutes prior departure time. ⇒ SEE LOCATION ON MAP

Note: Pick-up service may not available in weekend or some holidays (When vehicle is banned to come inside Old Quarter)

2. Pick-up at Hanoi Airport

We also have a shuttle bus to pick you up at Hanoi Airport, the pick-up time will be after the departure time, our travel consultant will arrange and inform you the time when ticket issued. The meeting point in Hanoi Airport will be:

International terminal: Pillar number 12 (Just some steps outside)
Domestic terminal: Gate exit E5

Note: Please take your eyes on your phone, our travel consultant will call you when the driver is about to come.

3. Pick-up in Sapa

There is 02 options for pick-up in Sapa:

Pick-up at your hotel: We have the shuttle bus pick you up at your hotel located in Sapa Town. Please be ready at your hotel's lobby 01 hour prior departure time and wait for the shuttle bus. The bus only pick up 1 time, no wait, no come back.
Pick-up at starting point: In case you do not want to get pick-up, or your hotel not located in Sapa Town, please be at 411 Dien Bien Phu Street 30 minutes prior departure time. ⇒ SEE LOCATION ON MAP
