Pick up at your hotel: There is a shuttle bus come to your hotel located in Hanoi Old Quarter to collect one by one. To get pick-up, you must be ready at your hotel's lobby 01 hour prior departure time and wait for the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus only pick up 1 time, no wait, no come back.
Pick up at meeting point: The meeting point will be at 78 Tran Nhat Duat Street, please be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes prior departure time - See meeting point on map

Pick up at Hanoi Airport
There is also a shuttle bus pick you up at Hanoi Airport and transfer to the big sleeping bus. Our travel consultant will call/text you via Whatsapp when the driver is about to come:
Time to pick-up: The pick-up time at Hanoi airport is similar to the departure time listed on the time table
Place to get pick-up: Pillar number 12 at International Terminal or Exit gate E5 at Domestic terminal
