There is a shuttle bus come around Hanoi Old Quarter to collect one by one and transfer to main sleeping bus. If you need pick up at your hotel in Old Quarter, please be ready at your hotel's lobby at:

06:00am for morning depart at 07:00am)
20:45pm for evening depart at 22:00. The shuttle bus only pick up 1 time, no wait, no come back!

There is no shuttle bus in the evening weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday due to road block.

2 - Pick -up at bus stop

3 - Pick-up at Noi Bai Airport

There is also the shuttle bus come inside Hanoi Airport to pick you up, then transfer you to the main bus.
